Aleksandra Siwecka / NEW ZEALAND

At 18, she went to England to study the International Event Management at the University of Brighton. After 5 years, she longed for the sun, she moved to Spain to practice Spanish and try her skills as a translator. From 2014, it successfully scrapes & point out next countries on the world scratch cards map, sailing by passenger ships as a Translator / Resident. In 2016, she ended her adventure with Costa on the Rejsie Around the World, during which she has visited one of the most mysterious places on Earth – Easter Island. She is a huge fan of Australia and New Zealand, to whom she would return without hesitation.

"A place that I often come back my thoughts and to which I would not hesitate to fly again in a heartbeat, is New Zealand.

This is one of the few countries that has stolen a piece of my heart that will probably stay there forever. Traveling around the island of Stewart, with 370 inhabitants, riding on an old school train through the Taieri Gorge, swimming with wild dolphins in the amazing town of Akaroa, or a visit to Hobbiton – a farm transformed into a movie set, chosen by Peter Jackson himself, looking for inspiration for the Hobbit, this is memories, about which I will remember my whole life.

New Zealand impresses with nature, and we can all learn from the New Zealanders how we can act on the environment and everyday kindness, about which we often forget.”
